The excellent menu prepared by the restaurant team, Andreas, Manolis and Asterios, reflects the style and philosophy of the restaurant, which honours the fresh premium ingredients through the mix of creative combinations of tastes and the pure flavours that stand out through simplicity. Ranging from fish of the day and a variety of fresh shells to more sophisticated preparations, these sea “treasures” of the Aegean that give off mediterranean aromas invoke all senses! Of course, this kind of menu goes hand in hand with a fine wine list of mainly greek wines, more than 70 in total (and magnum), while sparkling wines, champagnes and distillates complete the list.
